In short

We treat your data with the utmost respect. We only write to you to introduce Ambrosia, in a professional context. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time: just reply STOP to one of our emails or write to info@ambrosiavino.com.

Data controller

The data controller is Bibi Srl (AmbrosiaVino brand).
VAT no. 04574260248
Registered office: Contrà Busa San Michele 20, 36100, Vicenza, Italia
Email: info@ambrosiavino.com

Why you receive our emails

We contact you because you run a business in the food-and-wine sector — a restaurant, a wine bar, an enoteca or a winery — for which we believe Ambrosia could be useful. We collected your professional contact details (such as your business email address) from public sources or business directories.

These are B2B communications: we address you as a professional, not as a consumer. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in offering our services to potentially interested businesses, balanced against respect for your rights.

If you don't wish to receive further communications, simply reply STOP or write to info@ambrosiavino.com: we'll remove your data from our lists right away.

What data we process

  • Professional contact details for outreach: business name, email, city and publicly available data.
  • Data you send us through the "Request a demo" form: venue name, city, email and any message.

Purposes of processing

  • To contact you to introduce Ambrosia and arrange a demo.
  • To respond to the requests you send us through the site's form.
  • To comply with any legal obligations.

We don't use your data for invasive profiling and we don't sell it to third parties.

How we handle form data

Data submitted through the "Request a demo" form is delivered to our inbox via a form-management service (Formspree) and used only to get back to you. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up contacts.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no profiling or third-party advertising cookies. For traffic analytics we use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a privacy-first solution hosted in the EU: no cookies, no fingerprinting and no personal data. It collects only aggregate, anonymous statistics.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. To exercise these rights — or to object at any time to our communications — write to info@ambrosiavino.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
